• 2. Vendor Registration and Profile
  2.1 Vendor Eligibility: Vendors must be legal entities or individuals authorized to operate a food-related business. By registering as a vendor on gnawnow, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
  2.2 Vendor Profile: Vendors are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate profile information, including but not limited to business name, contact details, type of food, cuisine, working hours, and images of dishes. We reserve the right to review and, if necessary, request updates to vendor profiles.
  2.3 Promotions: Vendors can use the gnawnow platform to promote their business to customers, subject to compliance with our guidelines.
• 3. Customer Use and Location Accesse
  3.1 Customer Registration: Customers must create an account to explore vendors and dishes, leave reviews, and use certain features of the app.
  3.2 Location Access: To enable you to discover nearby vendors and provide location-based services, gnawnow requires access to your device's location services. You can control and manage location access through your device settings.
  3.3 User-Generated Content: Customers may contribute content, such as reviews and ratings, to the app. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and it must comply with our content guidelines.
  
• 4. Reviews and Ratings
  4.1 Accuracy: Customers should provide honest and accurate reviews and ratings based on their experiences with vendors and dishes.
  4.2 Guidelines: We have specific guidelines for reviews and ratings. Any content that violates these guidelines may be removed at our discretion.


• 5. Content Ownership
  5.1 User-Generated Content: Vendors retain ownership of the content they upload to their profiles. Customers retain ownership of their user-generated content. By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on gnawnow.
• 6. App Changes and Termination
  6.1 Changes: We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
  6.2 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, including vendor accounts, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

  We take user privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information, including location information. By using gnawnow, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
• 8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  8.1 No Endorsement: gnawnow does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of vendors or dishes.
  8.2 No Warranties: gnawnow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  8.3 Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
• 9. Governing Law
  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur High, Sessions and Magistrate Court, Malaysia.
